Timber CarMost of the cars at the mine are used to haul coal out. But there is a need for moving equipment and timbers to hold up the mine ceiling around the complex. That is where this small flat car comes into use. These cars were freelanced based upon a mine car from a West Virginia coal mine. The unpainted kits consists of laser cut wood and cardstock for the body and frame. The HOn30 version has solid wheels while the On30 version has spoked wheels. Link&pin couplers are included. The stakes are removable and the load of pilings and braces is included in both scales. The On30 kit is also designed to accept Kadee couplers (not included). Cars are a scale 11'-6" over the end beams and a scale 6'-3" wide.
