This house, really it should be called a cottage due to the small size, is typical of the houses in all small towns across America dating from the early 1900's until today.

This kit consists of laser-cut basswood, cardstock, plywood, and positionable doors and windows. The tabbed construction and peel-and-stick three-tab shingles ease assembly. Interior floors and even a rocker for the porch are included. Footprint is 17' x 21'.
