USMRR Gondola

The American Civil War created the need for many different rail cars. A photo in the Library of Congress included what is the first gondola we have seen in the ACW photos and it was the inspiration for this kit. Low sides added to a flat car increased the versatility and capacity.

The model features laser-cut wood with hardware in plastic and lost-wax brass. Less trucks, couplers, and decals.
