ACW & Early Rail Status - January 2008

The last few months have been filled with lots of work developing new products for our line of American Civil War and our Transition Era kits. While we have not been waving the flag too much, we have been burning the midnight oil hunched over the design table. As a result, there are several things that will be released in the very near future.

Our US caster has finally sent some of the woodbeam freight truck patterns to the caster. Hope to have one version for sale very soon, followed by a second version AND an archbar truck. Dave Hoffman has a beautiful HOn3 archbar truck for the W&W in his series of parts, so we encouraged him to make a stanard gauge bolster for it. It will look super under our Adams Express car.

Work is progressing on several structure kits for the City Point series. The water tank is nearing completion and the enginehouse is underway.

And we have a 34' flatcar ready in HO, S, and O scales. Patterned after one running on the V&T, this beast is so generic it will fit most any road. A gon version will be released right after that.

Other HO freight cars for release in the very near future:

Open Top USMRR Stock Car, 24' body.

Tank Car, 21' body.

Dictator and Flatcar.

Other O freight cars for release in the very near future:

Peaked Roof House Car, 26' body.

Conductor Car, 26' body, peaked roof.

Dictator and Flatcar.
