This is part of the Coon Gap Sawmill in S and O scales. It is included in the mill kit at no extra charge.

This laser-cut building includes interior framing and all the rafters. The roof is removable to show off the interior details such as the forge, anvil, shelving, work benches, and various tools and clutter.
