Branchline Water TankSteam locos must have water, and the local water tank provided for their needs. This is a freelanced model of an unsophisticated 20,000-gallon tank based upon several different prototype tanks. The height is about normal for use with narrow gauge, but it will work well for smaller standard gauge locomotives. If a bit of extra height is needed, the ground under the tank can be raised. This kit consists of laser-cut basswood, plywood, styrene, detail castings, and the tabbed, well-engineered construction that provides easy assembly. A sheet of laser-cut, see-through ‘water’ is included! The footprint is about 18’ x 22’.
